What does the role involve?
As a hybrid Demand & Supply Planner, you will facilitate Sales & Operations Planning by partnering with Sales and Marketing to develop accurate sales forecasts for Northern Europe markets. Effective communication with senior stakeholders and strong data analysis skills are crucial for gaining market insights and defining strategies to balance product availability with optimal inventory levels. Your expertise will drive process improvements and contribute to a high-performing, agile team. We support your career development and aim for you to achieve outstanding results. International mobility can be an advantage but is not essential for this role.
What you need is:
* Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
* Professional logistics experience
* Experience in Demand/Supply planning is preferred but not mandatory
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal business partners across countries
