About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Assay Supervisor to lead high quality service delivery by our Client Coordinators. The role focuses on operating within strict HSE guidelines, quality expectations, and ensuring revenue growth aligned with our strategy. You will also contribute to quotations, tenders, discount requests, and oversee client data quality. The role is primarily office based but requires travel to client sites and events.
Responsibilities
* Daily management of Client Coordinators to ensure high quality service delivery.
* Distribute workload evenly, maintaining appropriate staffing and skill sets.
* Manage holiday, appraisal, training and expense approvals.
* Technical oversight and primary contact for Coordinators and Clients for complex queries.
* Act as liaison for laboratory staff to resolve issues.
* Stay updated with market intelligence and best practices.
* Build strong links with Sales and Marketing teams.
* Manage cash collection and liaise with Credit Control.
* Attend client meetings and events as required.
* Ensure data quality of clients and agreements.
* Liaison with QHSE Manager on Health & Safety.
* Adhere to company quality systems.
* Drive process and systems improvement.
* Champion change initiatives.
Experience & Skills Required
* Degree level or equivalent experience/qualification.
* People management experience (ILM qualified preferred).
* Understanding of industry and product/services offerings.
* Experience in contract and commercial agreements.
* Experience in logistics coordination/Shipping ports or laboratory and testing protocols.
* Strong relationship building across departments or with clients.
* Excellent communication skills with high quality service focus.
* Resilient, tenacious individual.
* Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Full driving licence and valid passport.
