Cladding Site Supervisor - Coalville
400 per day (Outside IR35 - Ltd Company) | 6‑Month Contract | Start in ~2 Weeks
We are currently seeking an experienced Cladding Site Supervisor to oversee fire cladding installation works on a live project in Coalville.
The cladding installation will be carried out by a specialist subcontractor. The appointed supervisor will be responsible for monitoring works on‑site, ensuring quality standards are achieved, and providing independent oversight of installation quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise fire cladding installation works on site
* Observe ongoing works and assess installation quality
* Ensure compliance with project specifications and fire safety requirements
* Carry out quality checks and report findings to project stakeholders
* Liaise with contractors, site management, and relevant stakeholders
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and workmanship
Requirements
* Proven experience in cladding installation and/or site supervision
* Strong background in construction, façade, or office fit‑out supervision
* Understanding of fire‑rated cladding systems and installation standards (essential)
* Valid CSCS card (Supervisor/Manager level preferred)
* SMSTS or SSSTS qualification desirable
* Strong attention to detail and quality assurance capability
* Ability to operate independently in a client‑facing supervisory role
Project Details
* Location: Coalville
* Start Date: Approx. 2 weeks
* Duration: 6 months
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00 (10‑hour days)
* Rate: 400 per day (Outside IR35 - Ltd Company)
