About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, reputable accident repair centre. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the key contact between clients, insurers, and the workshop team — ensuring a smooth, efficient repair journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and manage enquiries (in person, phone, and email)

Provide updates on repair progress and liaise with insurers
*
Raise job cards and input data accurately into management systems
*
Arrange courtesy cars, collect excess payments, and manage claims paperwork
*
Support the team with scheduling and customer communications
*
Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous experience in a bodyshop, dealership, or insurance environment (preferred)
✅ Strong communication and people skills
✅ Excellent organisation and time management
✅ Confident with IT systems and admin processes
✅ Ability to remain calm under pressure
