Department The Shared Service Centre was created in 2021 and is one of the Central Functions that services the wider business. It is part of the Finance function and has the following teams: Accounts Payable, Billing, Credit Control, Cash Management, and Supplier and Client Onboarding. Role Overview Reporting to the Finance Manager Credit Control & Cash Management, the Finance Administrator Cash Management is responsible for cash application, daily reporting and month-end processes that support our IPS business and the Investment Trust. Main Responsibilities Update cashbooks daily and apply all cash in Sage Intacct General Ledger Daily NAV (Net Asset Value) preparation for the £800m Investment portfolio Monthly external reporting for Investment Trust Daily reporting on balances across all bank accounts. Daily bank transfers and FX trades. Action any exceptional manual payment requests ensuring these are approved in line with LawDeb delegation of authority. Bank Account Management. Intercompany month-end processes. Ensuring that postings to the suspense account are minimised and collaborate with wider Finance team to ensure resolved within SLA. Is This You? This role would be best suited to a candidate who has high attention to detail and a controls mindset. It is likely that you have prior experience working in Accounts Receivable.
