The Role Managing high-value residential development transactions. You will: Lead complex land acquisition and development matters from inception to completion. Advise on site assembly, conditional contracts, option agreements, and infrastructure arrangements. Work alongside a team of experienced lawyers, while mentoring junior colleagues. Play a key role in the growth and success of the Residential Development practice. About You 3 years' PQE in residential development or real estate. Strong track record handling complex land and development transactions. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. A proactive, collaborative approach and ambition to progress.
