Stock Control Administrator (Nights) Menzies Distribtuion Solutions are looking to recruit a Stock Controller Administrator based from our Biggleswade depot. This role should manage & support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of the Customer / Suppliers stock and data input. Also to ensure that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to. The Details Salary: £27,000 Shift: Monday – Friday Nights Hours: 23:00 - 07:00 Location: Biggleswade Monthly Pay Key Duties and Accountabilities (Will include but not be limited to) Maintenance and management of WMS Stock report issues Creating an effective working environment Work closely with the site, customer and supplier stock teams, warehouse and related departments, ensuring clarity and consistency in all we do Accurate recording Adherence to customer stock and control procedures Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company H&S policies Operation of MHE HACCP awareness BRC awareness Pallet control Strong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reported Ensure efficient flow of stock throughout the site Dealing with customer and supplier stock enquiries Ensuring accurate records and complete information capture Conducting perpetual inventory counts and stock takes Dealing with all stock queries quickly and efficiently Preparing and submitting various reports Accurate input into Claws Accurate control and process of customer orders Effective documentation control of picking list, goods in and goods out receipts Effectively communicate across the business through the production of reports, KPI information Liaise with management administration and other departments of warehouse personnel Effectively manage the goods in and out schedules Key Experiences /Qualifications: Experience of Warehouse Management and Stock Systems High level of accuracy and numeracy Good spoken and written communication skills A professional manner Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel) Develop a level of trust and support with all colleagues Technical Skills and Behavioural Competencies: Team player Problem Solving Excellent time-management skills Accuracy Use own initiative Dependable and trustworthy Problem solving skills Good 'people skills' for working with a range of colleagues and customers Be proactive Benefits: Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Program SPIRIT Awards - Peer to Peer recognition INCLUSION Menzies Distribution Solutions is committed to creating a fair and inclusive environment, where employees feel safe, proud and valued.
