Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in accounting and administration to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and supporting administrative tasks using Xero software platform. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential qualities for this position. Experience in Xero software is essential. We ideally want someone who can join our team and be present on part time hours we are open to spread 20 hours across 4 days or 5 our core working hours are between 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday so these hours can fit within this time period.
