Summary
As Partnership Manager, reporting to the National Sales Manager Ostomy, you will take responsibility for partnership activity across the local health economy to create long-term value adding relationships that drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities
* Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with key organisations and stakeholders to drive business growth in Ostomy whilst considering all opportunities to capture growth of ISC
* Effectively manage sponsorships using a key account management approach (including regular sponsorship review meetings with external partners) to ensure partnership is mutually beneficial for customer and company
* Engage with Senior NHS Managers and high-level stakeholders across both Acute and Primary Care that influence Ostomy pathways of care
* Present the Dansac/Hollister total value proposition and gain commitment from agreed target accounts
* Identify and convert potential opportunities for gaining sponsorships; placing Company Nurses and providing value-add solutions
* Identify the key organisations that can influence our business – determine their structure and how they are implementing healthcare policy particularly in Colorectal/Stoma Care
* Ensure accurate invoicing from sponsored accounts with appropriate follow up as and when required working with the Partnership Co-ordinator
* Develop collaborative working relationships with stakeholders to deliver added value
* Responsible for all KPIs and financial aspects of tenders and sponsorships
* Work closely with cross-functional colleagues (i.e Territory Managers, Marketing, Fittleworth etc) in the identification and conversion of potential opportunities
* Collaboration with Sales Managers in the execution of quarterly Territory Teams meetings
* Any other duties as management may require
Essential Functions of the Role
* Must hold a valid UK Driving License
* Must be able to travel within the UK
Work Experience Requirements
* Proven success in a sales position, ideally in a field-based role
* History of key account management within the NHS
* Effective influencer with experience in negotiation led discussions with senior partners / NHS
* Strong commercial acumen and highly results driven
* Detailed knowledge of the NHS structure and commissioning structure
Education Requirements
* Degree or evidence of equivalent academic achievement (desirable)
Specialised Skills/Technical Knowledge
* In depth understanding of the NHS strategy and how it impacts local health economies
* Commercial negotiation skills; in particular evidence of winning and managing tenders
* Ability to think and act strategically, particularly within a commercial environment
* Effective communication and presentation skillsAbility to interact and influence confidently and effectively with NHS personnel, at all levels
* Knowledge of key drivers within the NHS, both Acute and Community sectors
* Strong negotiating and influencing abilities
* Intimate knowledge of the Ostomy businesses
* Strong internal and external collaboration
