The Role
As our Part-Time Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will:
1. Manage and grow your own permanent recruitment desk
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
3. Handle the full 360 recruitment cycle
4. Proactively source talent through job boards, social media, networking & referrals
5. Deliver exceptional service and promote the Ambitions brand in the local market
6. Work autonomously and take ownership of your results
