Associate or Senior Associate Planner at Leading Planning Consultancy
Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid flexibility (Kings Cross and home working)
Salary: Associate up to £65,000 | Senior Associate up to £70,000

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and negotiate development proposals for residential-led and mixed-use schemes
* Guide strategy for complex, large-scale projects, including EIA work
* Secure planning permissions, conditions, and Section 106 agreements
* Oversee implementation of development projects
* Contribute to policy and plan-making activities
* Mentor junior colleagues and manage budgets
Skills and Experience:
* MRTPI chartered with proven experience in private or public sector planning
* Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear, concise advice
* Collaborative approach to working with design teams
* Commercial awareness and ability to prepare fee proposals
* Leadership qualities to support team development
