Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our dynamic client in Bath who are actively looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis and offers the opportunity for progression.
What you will be doing:
As the Finance Administrator you will be joining a busy accounts department and will be responsible for the accuracy of financial records and supporting the accounting team
* Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Assist with month-end closing procedures.
* Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
* Provide support to the accounting team as required.
What you will need to succeed:
* Previous experience working in a busy Finance department.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
What you will receive in return:
* £27,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday 08.30AM to 17.00PM
