As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, driving continuous improvement and supporting the development of new products from concept through to production.

As Manufacturing Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products
Supporting product development to ensure manufacturability
Leading the transfer of new products into production
Creating and maintaining work instructions and training materials
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
As Manufacturing Engineer, your experience will include:
A Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years’ experience in a modern electronics or mechanical manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly
Commercial awareness and understanding of production costs
Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and fault-finding in electronics is advantageous
