This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established legal recruiter in Birmingham. They focus on permanent placements in private practice law firms across the wider Midlands area. The role offers hybrid working with flexibility regarding start and finish times. They will consider recruiters at all levels of their career and offer a salary between £30k - £50k, depending on experience. This business is mature and trusting, providing support, training, and tools to boost your billing potential. There are no KPIs or micro-management.

Candidate
You must have at least 12 months experience in a similar role as a 360 billing recruiter, including business development, contract negotiation, sourcing, and placing suitable candidates. You will develop existing clients and win new business.
