Role Responsibilities:
🏆 What You'll Do as an Assistant Nursery Manager
Support the Nursery Managerin overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards
Develop & deliveran engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to childrens needs
Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards
Provide leadership & mentorshipto staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team
Enhance customer satisfactionby delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families
Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment
Manage operational recordsand support financial planning to ensure sustainability
Required Qualifications:
🎯 Ideal Deputy Nursery Manager Candidate
🔹Level 3 qualification or abovein early years education
🔹Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantageideally as an Deputy Nursery Manager, Senior Nursery Room Leader or Senior Nursery Room Manager.
🔹Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsto inspire and support your team
🔹Passionate about fostering childrens developmentand creating positive relationships with families
