Overview
You will work closely with the Head of Safeguarding, Paediatric Liaison Nurses, and Named Professionals to deliver high-quality safeguarding practice, respond to enquiries, and contribute to multi-agency safeguarding processes. As a Safeguarding Practitioner, you will provide expert advice and support to frontline staff and managers on safeguarding matters. Lead on initial safeguarding enquiries and contribute to timely and proportionate responses. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective safeguarding interventions. Support the development of safeguarding practice through training, supervision, and dissemination of learning.
