Job Title: Social Care Worker Salary: £27,825 to £32,788 per annum 36 Hours per Week Location: Parkside Bromsgrove Team: Redditch Area Team Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for a social care worker to join a dedicated and supportive team with a strong commitment to strength-based practice. We are seeking positive, motivated candidates who are passionate about working collaboratively with people to achieve meaningful outcomes. The successful candidate will have experience of working with a high level of competence in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will have a good knowledge of the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, and be confident in applying legislation to practice. You will be supported to continue developing your skills and knowledge through a range of training opportunities. Candidates should be enthusiastic, able to work autonomously, and demonstrate creativity and flexibility in their approach to practice. The role includes covering duty on a four-week rota basis. Hybrid working is available; however, there is an expectation that staff will be office-based for a minimum of two days per week. You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support, working with individuals to enable positive change in their lives. You will be confident in advocating for people and working in partnership with health colleagues, statutory agencies, and voluntary and community sector providers. Staff are encouraged and supported to work creatively, innovatively, and to identify strength-based solutions.
