CNC Setter / Operator (Milling)

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

A precision engineering company in Willenhall is looking for an experienced CNC Milling Setter/Operator to join their team. This role involves producing high‑quality machined components, working to tight tolerances, and operating Heidenhain‑controlled CNC milling machines.
Key Responsibilities
* Set and operate CNC milling machines (Heidenhain essential)
* Produce components to engineering drawings and customer specifications
* Ensure correct handling, machining, and identification of all parts
* Maximise material utilisation and minimise scrap
* Maintain accurate production and stock records
* Follow company quality procedures and health & safety standards
Skills & Experience
* CNC Milling Setter/Operator experience
* Heidenhain control experience (required)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and quality focus
* Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work methodically
