* Finance Analyst (Revenue)

The Finance Analyst – Revenue will support Finance Managers in overseeing Company Property revenues and costs—key drivers of operating performance—while identifying opportunities for growth and mitigating risk.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely month-end postings, managing billing activities, and driving continuous improvement. The analyst will take end-to-end ownership of their areas, working with large and complex data sets, supporting month-end accounting, forecasting key metrics, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity and performance.
Financial Accounting
* Prepare timely and accurate billing for services, with appropriate supporting documentation.
* Post and review monthly transactions during the month-end cycle.
* Perform and support balance sheet reconciliations.
* Deliver monthly financial data to support reporting requirements.
* Track and resolve queries, liaising with BI and other teams as needed.
* Support audit requests where required.
Reporting, Analysis, Forecasting & Business Partnering
* Prepare monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary.
* Analyse financial performance, monitor variances, and identify trends.
* Act as a key contact for business rates, partnering with external advisors to provide insight on valuations, risks, budgeting, and variance analysis.
* Review and improve data quality, recommending corrective actions where needed.
* Ensure timely and accurate data submissions across the finance team.
* Manage operator invoice queries, working with stakeholders to resolve issues, assess revenue impact, and communicate risks and outcomes.
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue assurance activities.
Finance Operations
* Understand key terms of contractual agreements and ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to implement and maintain best-practice financial processes, systems, and controls over property operating expenditure.
* Identify and remediate control weaknesses, ensuring processes are well documented.
Experience & Qualifications
* Strong financial accounting knowledge and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
* Professionally qualified (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
* Degree educated or equivalent.
