Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Business Development Manager role on behalf of a leading property management company. The Business Development Manager will build long-term relationships, grow the managed portfolio, and play matchmaker between landlords looking to exit and the investors ready to buy.
Responsibilities:
* Generate new landlord leads and onboard their properties under company’s management.
* Promote full-service model to buy-to-let landlords and portfolio owners.
* Network actively — through events, referrals and our existing data.
* Identify landlords who are looking to discreetly sell their properties or portfolios with sitting tenants.
* Maintain and grow a database of investors with clear buying criteria.
* Match deals, negotiate terms, and manage the off-market sales process.
* Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams for smooth handovers.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with both landlords and investors.
* Use your knowledge of the NI property market to offer real value and insight.
* Keep your pipeline updated and report activity and outcomes weekly.
* Hit growth KPIs and spot new business opportunities.
* Offer feedback to refine service offerings and improve investor conversion.
* Be a proactive voice in shaping how company scales.
* Any other duties role may involve.
Person Specification:
* Property sales, lettings, or investment experience (min 2 years ideal)
* Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland property and rental market
* Confidence in negotiating, presenting, and building trust quickly
* A self-starter attitude with drive to hit targets and earn commission
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* 2 years sales experience
