Imaging Administrator | Radiology | Imaging | Private Healthcare | Slough | Full-time | Permanent | 37.5 hrs | Competitive pay plus fantastic benefits
As an Imaging Administrator you will assist the multi-disciplinary team to provide exemplary patient administration within the radiology department, providing an efficient bookings service and operating within set protocols. Ensuring accurate completion of all appropriate audit materials and issue of radiology reports.
Working hours: 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. you will work on a rota doing a mix of shifts. 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm and 12pm-8pm.
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Contact patients and arrange radiology appointments liaising with other departments as appropriate
2. Liaising with Sports teams and VIP’s to ensure smooth booking processes through agreed pathways
3. Establish and maintain communication with people on routine care matters
4. Input patient data on to hospital and radiology information systems
5. Maintain general administrative duties /photocopying of documentation
6. Transfer and deliver radiology reports to appropriate destinations.
Who we are looking for:
7. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills
8. Previous and relevant experience in a multi-skilled, patient support role
9. Experienced and proficient in the use of PC, to include Microsoft packages
10. Experience of using in-house/administration systems such as SAP
11. Someone who works well as part of a team
