Fitch Learning is seeking a senior Revenue Operations leader to design and scale the infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable global revenue growth. This role is a strategic thought partner to the CEO and regional revenue leaders, translating strategy into execution through operational excellence, data‑driven insights, and best‑in‑class commercial enablement.

How You’ll Make an Impact
 * Strategic Enablement
 a. Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and regional heads, advising on GTM strategy, revenue models, and scaling best practices
 b. Translate business strategy into operational plans, ensuring sales, marketing, and revenue operations are aligned
 c. Identify and institutionalize GTM best practices across geographies and segments
 * Operational Infrastructure
 a. Own the commercial systems stack (Salesforce and related tools), defining business requirements, integrations, and reporting structures
 b. Lead post‑acquisition data migration and Salesforce integration to support a unified GTM approach
 c. Build scalable workflows, reporting, and forecasting models
 * Analytics & Commercial Insight
 a. Establish a single source of truth for revenue data and KPIs
 b. Provide actionable analytics to guide leadership decision‑making
 c. Use data to identify opportunity gaps, optimize sales motions, and inform go‑to‑market strategy
You May be a Good Fit if
 * 10+ years in revenue operations, commercial strategy, or GTM enablement roles
 * A proven track record of designing and operationalizing GTM strategy in global, matrixed organizations
 * Experience leading CRM strategy and implementation, ideally with Salesforce
 * Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct sales ownership
 * A solid understanding of SaaS RevOps principles and how to adapt them to professional services models

 * Demonstrated ability to influence and embed change into sales teams in a fast‑paced environment and to inspire rapid adoption of business transformation
 * Ability to prioritize & handle multiple requests concurrently and consistently deliver results against a deadline
