Job Summary
Provide legal advice on M&A transactions and investments in the AI/ Tech space. Working closely with an M&A team of 6, comprised of experienced M&A specialists, providing legal guidance, advise and support in collaboration with external Legal advisors.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on and support negotiations on complex legal agreements
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making and mitigate risks.
* Draft, review, and finalise legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
* Stay abreast of legal developments and trends in relevant M&A law to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Desired Experience
* Proven expertise in corporate law, with a focus on M&A in a top 30 law firm
* Experience in TMT, especially AI, Software space is desirable
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
* Familiarity with relevant US, UK and EU legislative frameworks.
