Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a core group but also be part of the team ensuring all our children have an enriching time at nursery.
Skills & Experience Required
* Enthusiastic practitioner who can work independently and respond to the needs of all children
* Ability to work effectively in a team and flexible approach to working with young children
* Committed to ongoing professional learning and interested in leading nursery improvement outcomes
* Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Good understanding of child development and milestones; experience in Early Years preferred
* Appropriate qualification such as SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7 or SVQ 3 in Childcare and Education or SVQ 3 Social Services; eligibility to register with SSSC

This role requires you to be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council. If you are not yet registered, you can still apply, as long as you are willing to apply for registration within three months of starting and be registered within six months.
