Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School – BD8, Bradford

Pay: £90 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a secondary school in the BD8 area of Bradford. This is a supply role with the exciting opportunity to become a permanent member of staff for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting students aged 11–16 in and out of the classroom
* Providing tailored support to help pupils access the curriculum
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement with learning
* Working closely with teaching staff and the SEN department
✅ We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with secondary-aged pupils or in a school setting
* A calm, patient and adaptable approach
* Confidence in supporting students across a range of subjects
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
