Primary School Teacher
Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to work with a vibrant primary school in the St Helens area.
As one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK, Prospero are looking for a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Teacher to join a Primary school in St Helens. A successful applicant will have a teaching qualification with QTS and will have previous experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2.

* Location – St Helens
* Type of work – Long Term
* Start date – As soon as possible
* Contract type – Temporary
* Full time/part time – Full time (part time also available)
* Pay- Paid to scale
* Hours – 8:00am – 4.00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Planning and Delivering Lessons: Designing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum. Using a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
* Assessing and Monitoring Progress: Continuously assessing students’ progress through observations, assessments, and feedback. Maintaining accurate records of students’ achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
* Classroom Management: Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting good conduct.
* Supporting Individual Needs: Providing additional support to students with special educational needs or learning difficulties. Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.
* Professional Development: Participating in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Keeping up to date with educational best practices and curriculum changes
* Creating a Stimulating Learning Environment: Setting up and maintaining a classroom that is conducive to learning and creativity. Using displays and resources to enhance the learning experience.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Teaching qualification with QTS
* Previous experience working in a UK school.
* Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
* Provide two professional references.
