What You'll Do
* Greet and engage every customer with confidence and warmth from the moment they walk in.
* Offer first-contact solutions, whether that's directing to click-and-collect or checking additional stock.
* Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge.
* Step in to support nearby tills or departments to keep the customer journey seamless.
* Keep visual presentation sharp and stock available through replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
* Get involved in store events and activations, and share feedback to keep us improving.
* Stay alert and compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention.
* Follow health and safety standards at all times.
* Represent Frasers to the highest standard, in service and in personal presentation.
