How you'll make an impact Client Account Management: Own client accounts by anticipating and addressing their current and future needs. Employ a timely and flexible approach to consistently deliver outstanding service that meets and exceeds client expectations. Client Servicing: Handle the servicing of all assigned clients, including handling renewals efficiently. Application Processing: Process applications in line with established procedures, ensuring that suitability reports, fact-finding, and Sanctions Search protocols are adhered to. Technical Expertise: Maintain extensive and up-to-date technical healthcare knowledge, providing advice to clients within designated Permitted Areas of Activity as confirmed by line management and Compliance. Relationship Building: Nurture and strengthen relationships with clients at various stages of engagement serving as their trusted advisor. Professional Service Delivery: Develop effective internal and external relationships to deliver efficient professional services to clients, aligning with service agreements and handling their expectations of ongoing work. Revenue Generation: Achieve and surpass revenue targets by retaining existing clients and generating new business from them. Client Reporting: Prepare detailed client reports and maintain and update spreadsheets as needed. Compliance: Ensure all work and communications with clients adhere to compliance procedures. About You Experience in providing outstanding customer service via telephone, ensuring high levels of client happiness. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with the ability to efficiently handle tasks and communications. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with colleagues and clients across all levels. Outstanding organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple tasks simultaneously. High attention to detail and accuracy, with a track record of producing high-standard documentation. Flexibility to work from our Stevenage office on hybrid basis after the initial onboarding period.
