We are looking for motivated, adaptable individuals to join secondary schools across Tamworth as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors. Whether you aim to become a fully qualified teacher or simply want to support the next generation’s learning journey, we provide the platform to get you there.
The Roles
Teaching Assistants: Work closely with teachers to support students (one-to-one or in small groups), helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.
Cover Supervisors: Take the lead in the classroom! You’ll manage behavior and oversee pre-set lessons when a teacher is absent. It’s the ultimate way to build confidence and classroom management skills.
