Job Purpose
Are you someone who thrives on organisation, analysis, and making systems run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a detail-driven individual to provide essential technical, analytical, and coordination support that keeps out workshops running like clockwork.
In this varied and impactful role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations-supporting the management of vital statutory and regulatory data, ensuring consistency across teams, and helping coordinate workload flow both within and between workshops.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day technical, analytical, and coordination support across the workshops.
* Support the accurate management and control of statutory and regulatory data.
* Coordinate workloads between and within workshops to ensure smooth operations and workflow efficiency.
* Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data processes and support compliance standards.
* Work closely with workshop teams and management to support seamless communication and task delivery.
Technical Skills & Experience
* A full UK driving license is required for this role.
* Strong data management skills, ensuring accurate storage and compliance with statutory legislation.
* Proficient in collating, processing and analysing data from various workshop systems and trackers.
* Effective communicator, capable of acting as a central point of contact for teams and handling information requests clearly and professionally.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with experience in maintaining records, filing systems, and administrative processes.

Qualifications
You must have a minimum of five GCSE's at grades 9-4 (or equivalent) including English, Maths and Science.
