We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Assist with barista duties as required, preparing coffee and other beverages.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
* Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
* Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution.
* Operating till system and overall day to day operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
* Barista experience is an added advantage.
* Experience in catering or serving roles will be an advantage.
* Good communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
* A team player who can also work independently when necessary.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
