In a Nutshell:\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry Northern Home Counties. The position will be based between our Buckingham, Overstone and Wellingborough developments.\n\nAs our Trainee Sales Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Consultants in the day to day running of the regional sales hubs in accordance with the customer journey, helping purchasers find their dream home and supporting them through the buying process. Working with the Sales Consultants, giving support to the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress across a number of sites and housing ranges within the sales hub and assist with the delivery of successful continual sales at all sites within the designated sales hubs.\n\nWe value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.

We encourage you to raise any specific requirements during the interview process so we can explore how this could be accommodated. \n\nLet's cut to the chase, what's in it for you…\n\nCompetitive basic salary and annual bonus\nSalary sacrifice car scheme available to all employees\nUp to 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing to up to 39 days with service\n2 Volunteering days per annum\nPrivate medical insurance, with employee paid cover\nEnhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave \nCompetitive pension scheme through salary sacrifice\nLife assurance at 4 x your annual salary\nShare save and share incentive schemes\nEmployee rewards portal with many more benefits…In return, what we would like from you…\n\nBehave in line with our company values - Integrity, Caring and Quality\n5 GCSEs / GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).\nExperience working in a customer facing role.\nExperience in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.\nProven track record of achieving sales targets\nStrong negotiation and sales skills\nExcellent administration and organisational skills\nGood planning and organisational skills\nExcellent communication skills\nA friendly, trustworthy and professional attitude\nPatience and ability to remain calm under pressure\nHold a full driving licence More about this job… \n\nProactively seek out prospective sales and follow up all enquiries with telephone communication and marketing literature to optimise the business opportunity for sales across all sites within the designated sales HUBs\nSupport with the creation and delivery of informative and clear Virtual tours of sites and house plots to all customers within the designated sales HUB\nAssist with any implementation of new innovation in fulfilling the business targets on new home sales across all sites within the designated sales HUB.\nSupport the Sales Consultants with customer negotiations to ensure the best sales outcome for the business\nTravel to all sites within the specified sales HUBs area to undertake pre booked customer appointments as required\nDevelop a detailed knowledge of all Bovis Homes and Linden Homes house types and plots available and upcoming within all sites within specified HUB to ensure each customer is given every opportunity to purchase a new home\nAt all times follow the sales process as set out in the Sales induction training and development and Procedure Guide with every customer.\nAssist with the proactive selling of all types of customer extras across all reservations to drive additional profit for the Company as required\nEnsure every customer contact is recorded on the relevant IT system and in line with GDPR\nSupport the Sales Consultants in ensuring that customers are kept fully and regularly informed of the progress of their purchase\nDevelop a detailed knowledge of all relevant purchase assistance schemes, alternative site and house type options as directed by the Company, to ensure every customer is offered a bespoke choice of sales and purchase options for them\nDevelop a detailed knowledge of all relevant components of the Sales Progress to effectively and efficiently progress properties from reservation thorough to exchange and completion, liaising with partnered IFAs and solicitors\nImplement the Company's continuous drive to deliver excellent customer service by advocating the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations.\nSupport colleagues within all sales HUBs to ensure all aspects of the sales process are completed to the required standard with all customers.Finally, let's tell you a bit more about us… \n\nWe build more than homes, we're making Vistry.
