As a Buyer Services Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our buyer engagement strategy — helping to maximise attendance, influence buying behaviour, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, playing a key role in driving performance across multiple auctions and campaigns.

* Proactively engaging buyers through telesales and marketing activity
* Building strong, lasting relationships with customers
* Promoting stock, sales events, and digital auction channels
* Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve
* Supporting marketing activity and creating targeted buyer campaigns
* Tracking activity and insights through Salesforce and reporting tools
* Helping convert provisional bids into completed sales
* Gathering and acting on buyer feedback to improve experience and results
