* Support tender submissions with detailed planning input and resourced programmes.
* Standardise planning processes across the business and contribute to internal reporting.
* Present progress updates and schedule risk assessments to senior leadership.
* Collaborate across project teams and support junior planners as needed.
About You:
* 4+ years’ experience in project planning within the power or energy sector (e.g. transmission, distribution, renewables, or conventional generation).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project; Primavera P6 experience is a plus.
* Confident working with technical teams and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent project schedules and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
* Based in or near Doncaster, with willingness to travel to sites as required.
Benefits:
* £40,000–£50,000 salary depending on experience.
* Work on technically challenging, nationally significant energy projects.
* Autonomy to shape project planning standards in a growing organisation.
* Pension contributions, travel support, and a supportive team culture.
* Ongoing career development within a multidisciplinary infrastructure group.
