As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will pro-actively manage existing agreed and new broker relationships from InterBay Asset Finance’s (IAF) office, to deepen our relationship with each broker’s key staff, and maximise the business opportunity Your responsibilities will include: Managing a small number of Introducers and/or direct customers to maximise the business opportunity from each one Maintaining tight control of deal pipeline to maximise the conversion of deals Achieving targeted volume, yield, term and fees from brokers and maximise the conversion of Proposals into funded volume Chasing pipeline of deals with the relevant broker/introducer contact to maximise conversion rates Working closely with internal functions to structure more challenging deals to enable credit approval Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues within the rest of OSB to maximise the business opportunity for both IAF and the wider OSB group Achieve new business targets as set out by Head of Asset Finance Liaising and working with external sales members This Internal Sales Account manager position is being offered on a 12-month FTC and we offer a competitive salary plus attract commission Enhanced family-focused benefits Hybrid-working Quarterly bonus opportunity Please use this link to see the fantastic benefits available at OSB: https://www.osb.co.uk/careers/overview At OSB Group, we understand how much our people bring to our organisation, which is why we try our best to give back too!
