1. Position: Accounts Payable Assistant
2. Location: Horsham (outskirts) – must be a driver
3. Pay: £15.86 per hour
4. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional available immediately?
We’re supporting a fantastic business on the outskirts of Horsham who need reliable AP support through to the end of the year.
What you’ll be doing as a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant:
7. Processing supplier invoices
8. Matching, batching and coding
9. Resolving queries and supporting month end
10. Working closely with the finance team to keep things running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
11. Previous accounts payable experience (essential)
12. Ability to work accurately and confidently in a busy environment
13. A driver due to rural location
14. Experience with CODA or Oracle is a bonus — but not essential
Pay rate, hours and company benefits:
