Role: Marketing Project Manager

The Role
We’re looking for a driven and motivated Project Manager, with experience in a fast-paced marketing agency environment and a background of working with clients.
As a project manager, you’ll work alongside our Account Manager to understand project requirements for our portfolio of fintech brands, gather the right information to schedule and manage projects for the performance, CRM and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Running multiple digital marketing projects across a portfolio of clients.
* Creating project plans, scheduling resources and managing delivery from start to finish.
* Manage the workflows for all team members
* Tracking and reporting on projects, identifying blockers and issues before they occur. Proactively anticipate and mitigate risk in the project lifecycle.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget - monthly task/invoice reconciliation as required.
* Design/build systems and processes to help us scale, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 3 years project management experience
* Experience of agile and waterfall project management.
* Strong commercial awareness of project delivery, profit, loss, and margin retention.
* Strong working knowledge of using Project Management software - namely monday.com
* Exemplary time management, often working to time-sensitive deadlines.
* Demonstrable experience in delivering projects and programmes exceptionally across a diverse customer base
* Proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, concepts, and approaches
* Highly professional individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creation of high-standard documentation across the project delivery cycle
* Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
Interest or experience within the fintech industry would be advantageous.
