About the Role
Experis are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support a dynamic and fast-paced international business environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting operations, finance, facilities, and wider business teams.
Free parking is available on-site (outside of central Coventry) and one day per week is permitted for working from home.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate weekly operational requirements and communications
2. Process invoices and support budget tracking
3. Manage office supplies, assets, and IT equipment requests
4. Support employee expenses and onboarding of new starters
5. Oversee office services and day-to-day facilities management
About You
6. Experience in office administration or similar role
7. Strong organisation and multitasking skills
8. Proactive, detail-focused, and team-oriented
9. Confident communicator with good MS Office skills (Excel essential)
10. Comfortable working in an international environment
