We are seeking an Apprenticeship Programme Development Lead to play a pivotal role in designing, developing and enhancing Apprenticeship provision across the Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking professional to influence teaching, learning and assessment practice, support curriculum teams, and strengthen our commitment to delivering outstanding apprenticeship experiences.
About The Role
* Drive the creation of cutting-edge, employer‑led apprenticeship curriculum.
* Support Assessor/Trainers to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment through innovation.
* Lead on the embedding and effective use of OneFile, ensuring transparent, accurate tracking of learner progress.
* Facilitate highly effective formative assessment practices across all apprenticeship programmes.
* Work collaboratively with Apprenticeship Managers and curriculum teams to continuously improve training plans.
* Oversee aspects of apprenticeship quality assurance, including assessment methodologies and EQA activity.
About You
* An experienced teacher/assessor with a strong track record of high-quality delivery in Apprenticeships.
* Skilled in using e‑portfolio systems (ideally OneFile) and digital learning technologies.
* Creative, innovative and committed to improving learner outcomes.
* Confident in coaching, mentoring and supporting others through change.
* Knowledgeable about the Apprenticeship landscape, assessment methods and personalised learning.
* A strong communicator with excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Essential Qualifications
* A relevant teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, Level 5 Diploma).
* An A Level 3 qualification in your area of expertise.
* Assessor/Verifier awards.
* Level 2 English, Maths and IT.
* (Desirable: Coaching/Mentoring qualification, QTLS, Leadership/Management qualification.)
