What You’ll Be Doing: As a Trainee IT Network Engineer, you’ll gain real-world, hands-on experience from day one. You’ll work alongside Senior Engineers on secure and mission-critical projects, with full training, mentorship, and the opportunity to work toward professional industry certifications. Key responsibilities include : Assisting and shadowing experienced engineers Learning the ropes of IT hardware/software setup, commissioning, and decommissioning Helping manage inventory, equipment, and documentation Supporting with software installs, cable fitting, PAT testing, and on-site tech support Gaining insight into secure environments and how IT systems operate in real-world, high-stakes settings What We’re Looking For: No professional experience? No problem. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, committed, and eager to learn.
