Based in South Belfast, this opportunity is working within a busy environment with the opportunity to grow and excel in a thriving business. The role of administrator will include the accurate recording of data, processing customer information and payments, managing bookings and taking inbound calls. This role will require the right candidate to work to tight deadlines working as accurately as possible. For you to excel in this role previous administrative or reception experience in a busy office environment would be advantageous. You should be confident in managing multiple processes at one time, ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations. Delivering the best customer service possible is key with internal and external stakeholders. This opportunity includes an attractive hourly rate of £12.50 per hour, working Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. As well as working in a great team there is free onsite parking.
