Job Description We’re looking for an experienced and confident Bar Supervisor to join the team at the Billesley Manor Hotel and Spa. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, leads by example, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel bar environment. As Bar Supervisor, you’ll support the Food and Beverage Manager and the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and compliance are met at all times.
