Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Fire Safety Surveyor for a project.
Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its FRA team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
Role:
· Survey and complete reports for external and internal FRA Door works.
· Report on condition of existing doors and whether refurbishment\replacement works to be undertaken
· Carry out surveys for fire doors across all properties and communal areas
· Ensuring correct paperwork is done
· Ensuring work is done to a high standard
· Complete and deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors.
· Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process.
Essential:
· Full Driving Licence
Desirable:
· NVQ Level 2/3 Carpentry or City & Guilds
· Social Housing Experience
· FRA experience
