For the successful Mechanical Fitter our client is offering:
1. Starting salary up to £32,000 - DOE
2. Days position 7:45am-5pm Monday to Thursday with a 12:45pm finish on Fridays
3. Permanent position within a well-established engineering business
4. OTE up to £40,000 per annum with overtime regularly available

The Role - Mechanical Fitter:
13. Assembling a variety of Robotic/Automated equipment from start to finish
14. Working from engineering drawings
15. Use of hand/power tools to assemble products
16. Working within a team to build equipment
17. Fitting & Installation of equipment at customer premises, including worldwide travel when required
18. Use of machinery within the workshop
19. This position could involve travelling up to 2/3 times a year (Usually 2 weeks at a time)
20. Providing guidance to Junior members of the team
What our client is looking for in a Mechanical Fitter;
21. Demonstrable experience as a Mechanical Fitter - ESSENTIAL
22. Qualified or Apprentice Trained in a Mechanical Field - DESIRABLE
23. Ability to work away from home as there will be Worldwide travel involved, however this is minimal at the moment
24. Full UK Licence & Passport - ESSENTIAL
25. Ability to read from drawings
26. Someone mechanically minded, good with hand and power tools
