What is the role?
This is an excellent opportunity for you to be part of a team of consultants who will handle all our new business enquiries, providing quotations for our customers' insurance needs. You will work in either our Northampton or Wellingborough offices, as part of a phone-based team handling inbound and outbound calls derived from marketing campaigns and e-commerce/email requests.
You will understand clients' needs and present solutions based on the information they provide, arranging insurance for the coming year on a range of products.
Training and support are provided. Previous insurance or sales experience is not essential.

About you
You will be confident, positive, outgoing, with ideally some sales experience. You will receive full training. Previous insurance experience is not required; applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
You need to demonstrate a willingness to learn, a hard working attitude, patience and empathy – especially with elderly or vulnerable clients.

The Package
* Base Salary of £24,785-£27,000 (dependent on experience).
* Unlimited monthly bonus scheme with an OTE increase of approx. £6,000.
* Structured training programme to add additional products and increase base salary.
* 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) rising to 30 days based on service.

* Full‑time permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week across the opening hours of our business:
o Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm.
o Saturday 9am – 1pm (you will be required to work 1 Saturday in 4).
