The Role
We are seeking a driven and talented Sous Chef, ideally with a 3‑rosette background, to help AG’s Restaurant and support our Reflections Restaurant teams in achieving their goals. You will have the drive, determination and skills to help the Head Chef achieve a 3‑Rosette standard for AG’s Restaurant and a 2‑Rosette standard for Reflections Restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in delivering food to a 3‑Rosette standard using fresh local produce and seasonal ingredients.
* Lead and inspire the team in day‑to‑day service.
* Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation and consistency.
* Contribute to menu development and innovations.
* Drive, train, develop and coach the team to success.
* Work 5 shifts per week, 45 hours per week.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in 2–3 Rosette or Michelin level kitchens.
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
* Calm under pressure with strong leadership skills.
* Passion for seasonal, high‑quality ingredients.
* Ambition to be part of a team pushing for accolades.
