Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain detailed construction cost estimates and development appraisals
* Support land purchase exercises with accurate financial data
* Monitor project costs and update appraisals to reflect current market conditions
* Attend design and pre-start meetings, providing input on cost and material selection
* Research and report on new materials and construction methods to improve efficiency
* Liaise with all departments to achieve viable project cost positions
* Promote best practice in line with company systems, policies, and values
