Business Development Manager Location: Halfiax Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 OTE (plus uncapped commission, company vehicle & profit share) About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong client relationships within Fuel Services (or Drainage Services). Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors. * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth objectives. * Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships. * Collaborate with project and estimating teams on tenders and quotations. * Support existing accounts to maximise growth and client satisfaction. * Report on pipeline activity, sales forecasts, and performance against KPIs. The Ideal Business Development Manager * Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within fuel, drainage, M&E, or industrial sectors. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
