We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting account growth and retention.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and making a real commercial impact. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with customers, sales, and operations to turn great service into long-term loyalty and growth.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers
* Being a trusted first point of contact via phone and email
* Proactively following up quotes and identifying upsell opportunities
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Supporting the external sales team with account activity
* Providing delivery updates, ETAs, and customer reports
* Managing bespoke products and customer stock-holding services
* Taking ownership of tasks through to completion, with real attention to detail
