About the Role
As a Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician, you’ll play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. From diagnostics to component refits, your skill will help deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all MET-related work, including diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and component removal/refit
Follow manufacturer-approved repair methods to ensure safe and accurate work
Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and inform repair strategies
Work closely with Bodyshop and Paint departments to maintain repair workflow
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an MET Technician, ideally within a bodyshop or accident repair centre
Solid knowledge of modern vehicle systems, electronics, and repair methods
ATA accreditation preferred, or willingness to work towards it with our support
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
Full UK driving licence
